1.Within the limits of what hereinafter set forth, FH undertakes to remedy all defects of the equipment attributabletoitsengineering,materialandworkmanship.Suchobligation of FH is limited to defects that show within 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.

2.The guarantee will be suspended in case of incorrect use of the equipment, tampering or missed payment. Any repair or replacement arising from normal wear and tear, any damage due to the inexperience or negligence of the client and to accidental cases or force majeure is excluded from the guarantee.

3.Allthetransportandotherexpensesgeneratedbythereplacingorrepairingofthenon-correspondingor malfunctioning parts during the warranty period will be on the account of FH.

To benefit from these rights, Buyer shall notify within 7 days of its discovery to FH in writing analytically and precisely with all shown defects included.
